After we had tried to call the airport and the airline many times ourselves, the front desk manager gave us great support and called us again and tried to solve the problem for us. We were also provided with free shuttle service to the airport so we could search for our luggage. In the hotel the guest is king. All employees are super motivated and helpful. The hotel has a water park with 2 large slides. Our two daughters particularly liked this. We had a glitch in our movie and they comped it ans sent up Maintenance, who quickly fixed the issue. we had a do not disturb sign in order that we do not get housekeeping and then we got a phone call asking if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend Hotel Arts! The purpose of our stay was a girly staycation and have a pool day and the atmosphere in the pool is cozy and warm and totally met our expectation.
