This superb hotel is a real hidden gem right in the middle of downtown Calgary. The location is perfect, access is very easy when arriving by car, and local amenities and tourist activities (eg Calgary Zoo) are well within easy reach. Dining locations are easy to reach and key sightseeing activities accessible without any issue. Service and friendliness from all staff is incredible - nothing is too much trouble and staff go out of their way to ensure every customer is so well looked after at every encounter. Highly recommend this hotel for any traveller looking for exemplary accommodation in Calgary. I will definitely stay here again on any future visit to Calgary.

A 42" flat-screen TV is offered in each guest room. 送迎バスが使えて，しかもかなり柔軟．空港へ送ってくれるときには「あのカウンターは〇〇にある」と教えてくれ，しかもそこに一番近いところに降ろしてくれるという親切さ．空港からは電話で呼ぶ必要があるが，自分の拙い英語でも十分に聞き取ってくれた．

The room was very good but the personnel was EXCEPTIONAL. It was a very nice stay, very clean room located ideally in the city center. The breakfast was very good. I want to highlight the personnel, which was absolutely amazing with us. Our flight was leaving on the evening, and even though we had already checked out they stored our luggage and let us use their facilities before leaving for the airport. It was really really nice stay, I would recommend this hotel to everyone going to Calgary.

Offering an outdoor pool and bar with a retractable roof and a fitness centre, Hotel Arts is located in Calgary city centre. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property. The staff went over and above and made our stay more enjoyable than I thought possible. We had a glitch in our movie and they comped it ans sent up Maintenance, who quickly fixed the issue. we had a do not disturb sign in order that we do not get housekeeping and then we got a phone call asking if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend Hotel Arts! The purpose of our stay was a girly staycation and have a pool day and the atmosphere in the pool is cozy and warm and totally met our expectation.

This hotel offers an indoor pool with waterslide. A restaurant and bar are located on site. Free Wi-Fi is included in all guest rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful and chatty. The property was clean and comfortable and had great facilities like a gym and pool. The restaurant was great too! Servers were attentive and the food was delicious.
