It was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Location perfect. The bed was very comfortable. We were surprised that it's not a 5 star hotel. Excellent staff who all went out of their ways to attend to all our requests and beyond. We were offered tea coffee and use of bathroom facilities on early arrival and again until 10pm when we had to wait for our 2am flight. The food at the restaurant was very good and the restaurant manager was courteous and super attentive which made the meal that much more enjoyable. We loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The hotel is centrally located but very quiet and cosy.

De locatie is top, relatief rustig om de hoek bij alle winkels en stanleypark en wijk als Kitsilano op slechts 10 min afstand. Het hotel voelt, ondanks dat het 200 kamers heeft, heel knus aan. Gezellige lobby met open haarden, soms live muziek maar ook een fijn cafeetje aan het einde van de lobby om even koffie of simpel broodje/salade te halen. Medewerkers zijn ongelooflijk aardig en behulpzaam van Antonio @ de receptie tot Sandra in housekeeping. Superzachte lakens en dikke zachte handdoeken. Mooie gym, zwembad en spa. Eén van de beste hotels ooit!

This is a gorgeous hotel in downtown Vancouver with helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended, especially if you are interested in a more boutique feel. Loved the free bikes!
