Location, staff and cleanliness. Room was big, pillows and and mattress were comfortable.

Newly built in 2014, The Passage in Basel is a centrally located design hotel featuring a sauna, a fitness centre, free WiFi access and air-conditioned rooms. The Basel SBB Train Station is 850 metres away. Reception staff made us a cappuccino on arrival as we were early for check in. Staff were excellent. Young lady at reception made us a cappuccino one night when sitting at a front table. So thoughtful very friendly. Very clean room.

The restaurant Alexander serves Swiss specialties and offers different Pizza varieties and delivery service in the hotel. Property was clean, the staff made sure the check-in and check-out was seamless. Suzie was helpful in providing information about Basel.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge. everything is clean, easily accessible, the staff is really chill and friendly, the people in the kitchen are nice and interesting to talk to, bathrooms are good, BONUS - I didnt know that unlimited public transport tickets were included in the price. Beds and pillows are really comfy.

The Central City Hotel Rochat is housed in a historic, listed building in the old town of Basel. The accommodation enjoys a central and very quiet location close to the university and the cantonal hospital. The hotel has a small garden and free WLAN. Rooms are big and clean. Tourist card issued by the hotel was useful.

The Basel Exhibition Centre can be reached by tram within 10 minutes. This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! We appreciate all the advice from the receptionist and his generous and kind gesture of allowing us to check in 1 hour earlier. It is very much appreciated! We are very grateful! Such a customer-oriented approach, highlighted by the comfortable beds, soft bathrobes with slippers in the room, the wonderful view from the window, festive lanterns on the balcony railings, a view of the spectacular fireworks on New Year's Eve, an extremely delicious breakfast and friendly polite ladies in the restaurant every early morning- all of them made our stay in Hotel truly unforgettable. Euler Basel Hotel deserves 20 stars!
