La Fleur de Lys is gevestigd in een 350 jaar oud gebouw in het centrum van het middeleeuwse stadje Gruyère, op 400 meter van het château de Gruyères, het Giger Museum en het Tibet Museum. In old town Gruyère, very close to the castle and the bus stop that goes to and from the train station. The staff is exceptional and the hotel atmosphere takes you back to a less hurried time. We enjoyed our meals and the evening fire in the common sitting room. We highly recommend it.

Hotel du Faucon biedt 23 ruime kamers in een rustige, geplaveid voetgangersgebied, op slechts een steenworp van het centrum en het station. Very clean and seems to be renovated. The staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet had everything you could ask for. Right in the centre of the old city. Car had to be parked in the public parking garage close by.
