The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. Mooi hotel op loopafstand van het station. Geen geluidsoverlast van de treinen. Prachtige binnentuin. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. Een aanrader !

Het Continental Parkhotel wordt door een familie beheerd en ligt 200 meter ten zuiden van het centraal station van Lugano. Daarvandaan vertrekt regelmatig de kabelbaan naar het stadscentrum. The old building itself, its history and decor made it my favorite immediately. The rooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable. Staff were very helpful too.

The location is closed to city center and easy to walk around. The staffs were very helpful. The room is comfortable and quiet even the room on the lake side that is closed to the street. Also the BF is at expectation.

Kurhaus Cademario - Adults Only werd gebouwd in 1914 en ligt 850 meter boven zeeniveau. Het biedt massages, ontspanningsruimtes en stoombaden. The location is absolutely stunning and the hotel itself is not too big , which makes it very very special and ideal for a weekend getaway in peace.

Nice team, sympathical and professional. Nice room with all the expected comfort. Quite, good bed... Excellente breakfast.

The staff is professional and nice. The hotel is smack in the center of Lugano. The rooms could be made more charming to match the restaurants, although they work well.
