El Backstage Hotel Serviced Apartments ofrece apartamentos diseñados por el arquitecto Heinz Julen, con servicios completos de hotel y balcón o terraza con vistas al monte Cervino. We were caught in a snow storm and Zermatt was cut off from outside. There was no electricity for one and half days. But the hotel took really good care of us, provided food and drinks, charging place... let us stay for one extra night. We have to thank Daniel, who went out his ways to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely like to come again.

The apartment is spacious, fully equipped, large windows with stunning view of the Matterhorn, lovely balcony (same gorgeous view), perfect location just off the main road, comfortable beds, super clean. And a great team you can contact by phone or in person that had answers to all of our questions, gave great recommendations for hikes and food, and went the extra mile for us when we needed. Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. Everything! Staff was amazing, the room was very comfortable and beautiful. Location was perfect. Breakfast was probably the best breakfast buffet I have had in a hotel. The spa facilities were amazing. I loved this hotel!!
