The pictures online don’t do it justice, beautiful chalet, with a wonderful spa. Just perfect after a great day on the slopes. The fire place and topping up of wood each day a big plus.

The staff were above and beyond amazing and kind, not only showing me nice restaurants in the area but pointing me to a short hike to view the Matterhorn before I even checked in because they knew the clouds were coming in, and so much more. I cannot recommed this place enough, if you are planning to stay in Zermatt please give Hotel Romantica a chance you will notregret it.

Bedden netjes opgemaakt bij aankomst, voldoende badlakens, föhn, complete keuken. Prachtig uitzicht op de Matterhorn en tot 19u zon op het balkonnetje!

Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. Location, staff and food were excellent! We can’t wait to go back.

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. The hotel is located centrally within a short walking distance to the main road, restaurants, and train station. The hotel is very soundproofed, and we did not hear any noise despite its proximity to the train station and downtown. Our room was perfect, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I would definitely return.
