Hotel is a true gem in the heart of the Old Town. Hotel is very clean, cozy and quiet. Everything is thought through, so that guest feels like at home (staff remembers you and asks about your sleep, dinner, etc., the owner always meets guests in the restaurant and is very friendly), in the lobby you may treat yourself to complinentary fruits, coffee, tea and bottled water. Breakfast is top quality and you also have complimentary mini-bar. It is my best find in Zurich, and highly recommended. Thanks for a perfect stay!

The smallest 5-star Alden Suite Hotel Splügenschloss Zurich enjoys a quiet location right in the city centre. incredible staff. we arrived early in the morning. while the room was being prepared, i was given a blanket and slept on the sofa in the cozy living room. all the staff was very smiling, caring! we travel very often, changing hotels constantly. but this hotel made the kindest impressions.
