The hotel is gorgeous, with an honesty bar, delicious breakfast and attentive, welcoming hosts. Highly recommend!

The hotel is safe and is perfectly located in Pucón. The bedroom and the bathroom were large and cosy. The breakfast was delicious. A special mention to the people working at the hotel reception : they were super nice and helpful ! We really enjoyed our stay there !

Amazing staff, good location and lovely hotel. Everything was as advertised. Priscilla and the other staff were fantastic. Really helpful, polite and went above and beyond (e.g., preparing a breakfast the night before we left as we were leaving early).

Het Vientos del Sur ligt op 400 meter van het strand van Pucón en biedt gratis WiFi en een dagelijks ontbijt met koffie, melk, sap, brood, gebak, yoghurt en ontbijtgranen. This hotel was excellent. The staff were super-helpful. For example, we needed to leave at 5:30am so they provided us a substantial packed breakfast to-go. There is complementary coffee and water all day. They kindly allowed us to leave the car in their car park all day while we were gone on a volcano hike - even though we were checked out already. They also allowed us to leave food in the fridge and use the restaurant tables when we got back. They were so helpful in every way. The location is also excellent - right in the centre of the town - near the tour agencies, restaurants, bars, shops. Overall, top class ! Finally, the cost was amazing value for money.

The remodeled Enjoy Pucón Hotel has the best location in the city , on the shores of the beach and inserted in the center of Pucón. It was conveniently placed, very well preserved and the staff was friendly.
