The hotel has a magnificent view of the lake and Osorno volcano. It has a cozy design with natural wood and fireplace. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff is among the best we have encountered in Chile. The breakfast was also good with fresh-made croissants.

Breakfast was simple but offered several options. Everything served was of excellent quality. Staff serving breakfast was extremely polite. Hotel staff, in general, was helpful and very polite.

Super nice staff, got a marvelous corner room even though I booked cheapest room available. Hotel itself super clean and super comfy. Super nice view of the Lake. Absolute recommendation.
