Ignacia on reception was soo helpful. I left something in the hotel and she went out of her way and found it for me. Great experience. Thankyou ignacia )not sure how to spell her name)

The room was amazing with the best view to the mountains, so spacious and nice. The food in both restaurants was great, everybody was friendly and it was a great choice in Santiago
