From the moment i booked the hotel they have been increadibly helpful with my many questions to prepare for the trip. Quite some staff speaks english very well. Frank has helped me a lot, giving great suggestions on where to go! He also booked us a free taxi back to our airport and we received a panda plushy! Zoe and Kimberly also helped us greatly by explaining many things such as a simcard and our cooking workshop! The hotel does cooking workshops as well and i got to request my favorite sichuan dishes. The hotel also has a great central location making it easy to get around. The room was clean and very atmospheric, the hotel overall looked beautiful.
