The staff is super helpful and kind! They do whatever is in their hand to help, one of them even took me directly to a Sloth that was in a tree on the other side of the property. The hotel is quite comfortable and the rooms super well equipped and clean. Besides of the amazing jungle view from the window! Would come back for sure! As soon as we stepped out of the car we knew we arrived somewhere special. Howler monkeys greeting us from the trees was a great welcome. The location of the hotel is fantastic, the restaurant was terrific, and the pool is exactly what we needed coming back to cool off in the hotel. Great vibes all around, would definitely recommend. Also saw from the hotel a sloth and squirrel monkeys that came down to the restaurant so we could see them from upfront
