The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. It was clean and comfortable. Hosts were very welcoming. The view was amazing. Good location, very close to the train station.

The 4-star superior hotel has been family-run since 1634 and offers an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, steam baths, a children's playground and a cosy lounge. Great staff in the hotel, restaurant, and spa. The family suite was very quiet. The food in the restaurant was great. Jesica from the Spa delivered a great massage. Front desk staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable about the tourist spots around Garmish. The hotel is dog friendly. We had a great time!

This centrally located hotel in Berchtesgaden offers Alpine-style rooms, an indoor pool, and a daily breakfast buffet. Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grünberger. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. The accommodation was lovely and comfortable for the cold winter. The hotel served hot drinks and cookies in their living room which was a lovely end to each day. Totally recommended!
