Free private parking and free Wi-Fi are available. I love everything at Sublime Samana, the staff, the facilities, the most beautiful beach, the food.

Guestrooms include private bathrooms at the Hotel Atlantis. The rooms also have island décor, white bedding and large windows to let in tropical breezes. This was a last minute booking as our flight from Samana was cancelled and rebooked for the next day. We only dealt with one staff member really, while we were checking in. She was absolutely amazing! We were obviously stressed and tired from our day and she made the check-in process seamless. She also go everything set for our check-out the next morning as we were leaving at 6:00am. We has an issue with the AC in our room, we couldn't get it to work. She came over and after also not being able to get it to work she offered to move us to another room and helped us with our baggage. This all seems like basic things, but after the day we had we really appreciated it. Overall we love the warm welcoming vibe of the resort! I would love to go back and checkout the resort and area more.
