Everyone we encountered made us feel genuinely cared for. The rooms were spotless, beautifully modern, and extremely comfortable, we couldn’t have asked for more. A heartfelt thank you goes to Hala and Mahmoud at the front desk, Saleh at the restaurant, and Bassem the bellman. Your kindness and professionalism made our stay all the more memorable. And to all the staff, thank you for making this visit so special. I live abroad and travel to Egypt every summer, and I can confidently say this was the best experience I’ve had in recent years.
