Located in Cangas del Narcea in Asturias, Parador de Corias is set in an 11th century monastery. It offers an exhibition area including archaeological remains from the original structure. The location is pretty much out of the way - and, frankly, the town of Cangas de Narcea is not especially interesting. However, the Parador is lovely - we liked everything about it - it's what you would expect from a Parador. So, if you want to chill out in beautiful surroundings ( the countryside is spectacular) this is the place to visit and stay in.

Situated right in the heart of Avilés' old town, Hotel Palacio de Aviles Affiliated by Melia is a tastefully converted, 17th-century palace. Featuring free Wi-Fi, it is located in Plaza de España. We do not eat breakfast. Just had Coffee. I told the Waitress this is all we wanted and would be happy to pay for our cup of Coffee. I guess She thought we were having a full breakfast because as we were checking out the Woman asked said we had breakfast

The old house was renovated honouring the authentic style. Old and New is in perfect harmony. Picturesque and very cosy. Or room was a big one with a pleasant bathroom and balcony. The hostess was very caring and directed us to the best restaurant nearby to have dinner. Walk to the harbour was soothing and the view to the bay during the Sunset like in a movie. We had also the best breakfast during our trip in Spain. The food was fresh, tasty - local cheeses, hams, cakes, fresh orange juice, croissants, coffee. Recommend very much if you want to experience local culture outside of big city. And also enjoy quiet surrounding and Nature.

Hotel Rural Playa de Aguilar is located in Muros de Nalón, 1 km from Playa de Aguilar Beach. This charming hotel is set in a colonial house surrounded by gardens. Excellent food and accommodation. Very nice spacious room with terrace overlooking the garden. Efficient check in. Manager was helpful with lost bag after we left and checked with us to see it had actually turned up. He also suggested some stopping off points for our trip.

Overlooking the Navia River, Naviega Guest House is just 500 metres from the centre of the village of Navia. A small beach surrounded by pine trees on the Asturian Coast is 2.5 km away. We returned here for another lovely stay. Great hotel with beautiful sun room and coffee bar. They let me park my bike inside. Beautiful rooms in a historic house.
