Housed in a converted prison from 1837, this atmospheric hotel is found on Katajanokka Island in central Helsinki. Uspenski Cathedral is a 10-minute walk away, while Helsinki Cathedral is found within 15 minutes' walk. The historical building made this hotel very interesting. I especially like how they kept some ex prison cells for exhibit. The hotel room itself has high ceiling and is bigger than other hotel rooms we stayed at in Helsinki. What really shone was the staff, everyone was friendly and very helpful! They also provide 2 meals and 1 afternoon tea included in your hotel price. If I had known that earlier, I would’ve stayed the whole week here instead of Airbnb. 6 stars out of 5 for the service!

Pariisin Ville's individually decorated rooms have a living room with a sofa, separate from the bedroom. Some rooms also feature a sauna. Everything about this place was great. It is in a perfect location, wonderful breakfast, convenient parking for a fee in their private lot, and lots of atmosphere. Highly Recommended!

This stylish design hotel, opened in August 2012, is 1.5 km from Helsinki Central Station and just 50 metres from Hakaniemi Metro Station. It offers free Wi-Fi, a lobby bar and 3 cooperating restaurants, serving fine and casual dining. We loved everything - the location was perfect, the rooms were beautiful and the staff was really helpful. The breakfast was also tasty and had a lot of options. They have a room to store your bags in before and after your stay, which was really convenient. Would definitelt stay again!
