Nothing was too much trouble. The person that welcomed us was knowledgeable and helpful and recommended an excellent restaurant to us. It offers eco-friendly accommodation, a well-kept garden, a lounge, a restaurant and a bar, and free WiFi. We have electronic terminals dedicated to electric cars in general and not only Tesla. The staff were beyond excellent. Not only we’re they kind and helpful, but also worked with my family and i despite knowing any French. Everyone was extremely pleasant. Further, the rooms are beautifully decorated with quality furniture and decorations.

This chalet sits below the famous ski area of the Grands Montets and at the starting point for a range of hiking trails. Its spacious rooms (some with mezzanines for families) have a view of Mont-Blanc or the Glacier of Argentière. The spa was spot on after a long day walk from the TMB. The rooms were clean with a great view and the "snacks" at the bar were enough as a nice dinner so that we wouldn't have to leave the hotel and rest.
