Well organised, professional hosts, excellent decor, exceptionally clean, air conditioning worked well, large double comfortable bed, shower was powerful and cubicle large, towels changed daily and room cleaned daily. Breakfast was amazing with an added bonus of home made cakes and jams. Parking was literally outside the hotel on quiet street and the beach is opposite. Excellent location for us. Stéphane and Jêrome were excellent hosts. Their hotel was fantastic, giving information regarding facilities of the hotel and information of the area which made us feel well informed before our stay.

The hotel is perfectly located on the harbor and we had a splendid view of the harbor from our windows. The room was elegantly decorated and very comfortable, including the terrific mattress for a good night's sleep. It had a nice sitting area for reading and watching the news. The bathroom was large and supplied with Chopard amenities. The adjacent restaurant George's serves a very nice breakfast and a wonderful dinner.

The property is non-smoking and is set 7.5 km from L'Espace Encan. From the moment we arrived- we were welcomed by the receptionist with a smile and she was very helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name… the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable! I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely be back if I get to La Rochelle again! Beautiful town but we didn’t get to spend enough time there!

The hotel is in a lovely old building, with a tranquil garden just outside the main city area and within easy walking distance of the port and attractions. The staff were lovely: polite, friendly, considerate ... We were given an upgrade to a large room overlooking the garden, which was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed a drink in the garden each evening, served by a charming waiter. Perfect and we will be back soon!

Maisons du Monde Hôtel & Suites - La Rochelle Vieux Port is close to many restaurants and is a short walk to the historic district, the beach and the attractions of La Rochelle. From here it is easy to access the island of Ré and Oléron. Lovely clean and modern room. Beds were very comfortable and we had a great, much needed, nights sleep! Although you're right in the thick of it we heard VERY minimal to no noise at all. Service was friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast lay out and they had good food options to suit everyone. Parking isn't onsite, however, there is parking a 2 min walk away in Parking Vieux-Port Ouest and its the cheapest. We were there for roughly 24 hours and it came to 8 Euros. I would definitely stay here again if we were to visit La Rochelle on the future.
