El personal es super amable y trataron de ayudarnos en todo momento a pesar de que no hablan español. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas.

La Maison du Carroir es un elegante bed and breakfast ubicado en el centro de Blois, a solo 550 metros del castillo. Very nice property. Very quiet. The train in the far, barely audibile with open windows, adds to the romance of this antique building. Nice decorations with children toys from the early last century. Great breakfast made with love. Please comply with published check-in times or inform the owner family.

At the time of our stay the property was only recently purchased by the owners Charles and Geraldine. they have plenty of projects for renovations and upgrades here and there but still at the time of our stay there was no real lack for something. A note about the air conditioning: while at least in our room was missing, I don t think It Is really necessary in the area (at least for the night). We slept with no issue by opening the windows for a couple of hours even considering the temperature in the afternoon reached around 35 degrees. I would gladly stay again here if i ll ever return in the area.

L'Auberge de la Caillère está situado en Candé-sur-Beuvron, a 15 km de Blois y a 20 km del castillo de Cheverny. Very clean & quiet. Serene feeling. New, in excellent condition Staff very helpful, particularly Max & Clara. Big parking lot with 3 handicapped spaces. Tastefully done, overall. No real problems.
