The room was light, spacious, clean and quiet with a view over the calming inner courtyard. The breakfast was delicious & plentiful, enjoyed in the light filled breakfast room. The hosts were attentive, friendly and extremely helpful without being intrusive. We parked in the nearby underground car park (10 euros for 24 hours) and this was only a short walk to the hotel. In the opposite direction a short walk into the very centre of Niort and Les Halles and local restaurants.
