I liked this place, it was in the middle of the old town. On foot, within a few minutes, you would reach all the interesting spots you would look for. Furthermore it has it’s own and safe parking just in the location, and it’s easy reachable by car or bike. Especially the hosting was fantastic. The recetionist contacted me in advance to ensure, every thing would work fine on my arrival. Thanks for the stay and the kindness.

Hôtel Restaurant Spa Le Sauvage, formerly the Clarisses Monestary, is located in the historic district of Besançon, 500 metres from the citadel's ancient walls. Breakfast was splendid. We had dinner there and it was top quality. The staff were very kind & helpful. Always smiling. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
