He even drove us to the nearby train station twice. He didn't have to do that. The breakfasts were incredibl3e.

Facilities very good with fitness and sauna, very helpful after a long day of sightseeing though it is small. Maybe they suffer from a lack of labor as the service seems a bit slow sometimes but staff were welcoming and professional.

We truly loved this property and the super warm welcome from the host who was interested in our trip and gave practical and useful advice. Booking.com website does not do it justice as it lacks the warmth that the reality gives. We appreciated the spacious bedroom with large en-suite bathroom, the varied breakfast, presented on the owner’s own pottery/ tableware. It is a quiet little Seine side village, perfect for a trip to Monet’s garden at Giverny, and we would definitely return and recommend here to everyone.
