I had a double room with balcony which was very comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and the view was amazing. Breakfast was delicious too.

The attitude of the staff - always friendly and helpful.
The room was small but for one person appropriate. Facilities within the room were extremely good.
Although I would have preferred breakfast to be available, the choice and standard of restaurants in the immediate vicinity more than made up for this.
Although disabled, I was able to walk to the hotel from the port. I was very impressed with the attitude of the locals - very helpful even when busy. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble.

Check in was efficient and friendly, room was stylishly decorated. Pool area is delightful with loungers, fluffy towels and cold water provided. Pool is also heated. Breakfast was great. The hotel was really busy but it was staffed well to cope. It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel provided a card and cake which was a lovely and delicious gesture.
