This historic former brewery boasts light and elegant rooms with rustic, original features and fine Egyptian linen. Centrally located, clean, dinner was delightful and delicious. Bed was very comfortable.

The 4-Star Crowne Plaza Marlow is located beside a lake, in the heart of the Thames Valley. Outstanding in every way. Can’t say enough positive things.

The Crown in Old Amersham was oorspronkelijk een 16e-eeuwse koetsiersherberg en biedt een restaurant, traditionele gastvrijheid en gemakkelijke toegang tot de M40, M25, M1 en M4. The Crown is in the centre of the old town and we were accommodated in a modern block at the rear which was quiet as well as being well-appointed. The staff were friendly and very obliging. I ate at a nearby restaurant only because I was a guest, but I did enjoy a full english with filter coffee at the Crown. And the price as a genius member made it outstanding value.

The Nags Head Hotel is een 4-sterren accommodatie in een 15e eeuwse herberg op 10 minuten lopen van het centrum van Great Missenden. Een heel fijn sfeervol, klein hotel met erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt met veel keuze. Ook het eten in het restaurant is heerlijk. Ligt op loopafstand (15 minuten) van het dorp waar een paar winkels, pubs en een treinstation is. Roald Dahl heeft hier gewoond en veel plekken in het dorp waren zijn inspiratie. Heerlijk verblijf gehad hier.

Set in a beautifully restored 17th century inn, this guest accommodation is at the foot of the Chiltern Hills and offers spacious and stylish rooms. It was really olde worlde all little nooks and fires and lively, the staff were lovely, the room was big and beautiful and super comfy. The brekfast was gorgeous.
