The room was clean and very quiet. Despite being on the ground floor we did not realise until we went outside how close it was to the tram as we hadn't heard them from the room. Staff were also super friendly, polite and helpful. Would definitely come back. Good value for money.l

Can not fault our stay at all,highly recommend.

A very special and interesting hotel with friendly staff. I enjoyed the best cooked breakfast I have eaten in years.
