The hotel has 24 comfortable and individually designed guest rooms which are bright and of a good size, all with ensuite facilities, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, hairdryers, tea and coffee making facilities. 1. Arrived early for check-in but the nice restaurant/beer garden was open and that made the wait so much better. 2. Unfortunately the rooms don't have refrigerators but that meant anytime you needed milk for tea - you can call front-desk and they brought it to you in seconds - it was a nice service. 3. Room Service - they do offer the ability to bring food to the room. 4. recommend the suites because they have a sunset view. 5. On-site restaurants - the pub and Vu restaurant have the same food but lovely experiences and high quality food. 6. Joe provided great service

Great location, nice view and room. AC was nice for the unusually hot day in September. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you.

Lovely hotel, nestled in a vast property near Broadway. Smart and nice room, excellent bathroom. Good breakfast with excellent service. We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel team were helpful and kind.

There is an extensive wine menu, as well as a great selection of award-winning locally produced real ales and ciders. Nice refurbished rooms. Friendly helpful staff and good breakfast.

Still featuring must of its historic french decorative interiors with wood panelled walls, with a vibrancy & charm of beautiful bold fabrics adorning throughout A fabolous, fairytale house. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Garden is amazing. Dinner was marvelous.

Location was perfect, and the historic property is completely charming.
