The hosts were very friendly upon arrivel. Elvis gave us some good tourist tips. The parking lot is good and big. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Bed is a bit soft (for me) but some might like it this way. Very very good cost benefit.

Wonderful, modern apartment. 5 minutes after check in we asked if we could spend another night! Very clean. Amazing bathtub with tons of hot water!! The location was perfect. Steps away from the pedestrian bridge to the old town and looking out at the marina. We've been traveling for over two months and have stayed in a lot of places and this tops our list of favorites.

Offering free Wi-Fi and free private parking, Villa Liburnum enjoys a slightly elevated position 2.5 km from the Old Town of Zadar. The room was beautiful, very bright and spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, the room has a generous private balcony and the location is situated in a quiet place. Everything here is obviously made with great effort and a big investment, all good quality materials and shows a great interest to customers well being and great value for money. The parking very easy and safe, and the breakfast tasty and full of options. 5-6 EUR Bolt/Uber to Old Town. We extended our stay and moved to Mirabillis Residence, just across the pool, owned by the same business, and got this extra large room with a huge terrace. Would definitely stay here again and totally recommend this location. Thank you Klaudio for the great service and the hospitality, you make this place a very good destination, and our stay a very nice experience. Hope to meet again soon.

Beautiful building with flowers everywhere, the grounds were well kept, attractive, the pool area was immaculate, charming dining area/bar next to the pool, truly pretty design . The owner was a classy lady, she was there and personally showed us our little aparty, which was clean and well appointed. She was very helpful, friendly, gave good advice, good communicator, very nice person. The whole facility showed her personal touch and that she put a lot of energy into her villa.
