The hotel itself is perfect, the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. There was tea and coffee in the room with a kettle. Also complimentary water. The staff was very friendly and kind. The location was good I guess, I mean Yogyakarta was not what I expected but it is not a reflection on the hotel at all. You need a grab/gojek or a taxi to go to Malioboro area, or anywhere around the same distance. However there are some restaurant options within 10 min walking distance of the hotel. Also, the hotel breakfast and restaurant is also amazing with a variety of choices. Highly recommended.

Wonderful staff and delicious breakfast. They all were super nice and friendly. Our room was gorgeous. Just ten minutes drive from Borobudur temple. An amazing option, if you want to be close to the temple! I would recommend it 100%!! Terima kasih!

Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta ligt midden in het centrum van Jakarta, aan de beroemde Bundaran HI. I made the right decision staying at this historic hotel (the first international 5-star hotel in Jakarta - Indonesia I think). There are a lot of historic photos hanging around the bar area. The room is spacious enough and the bed is quite comfy. I got a free upgrade to a larger room with a bathtub and the view. The staff were all very friendly and attentive to my needs. I would say the service here is so personable (all staff were friendly and helped me with every small little things) which made me feel at home immediately. The hotel is connected with Grand Indonesia (a big shopping mall) at the ground floor so you can just walk from your hotel room to the shopping mall, very convenient. I also tried the sauna and swimming pool here, all very great facilities. Thanks so much and I will definitely be back if I have the opportunity.

Het milieuvriendelijke Jogja Village Hotel ligt te midden van weelderige, tropische tuinen in de wijk Prawirotaman, op slechts 10 minuten rijden van het Kraton-paleis en het centrum van Yogyakarta. Het was heerlijk ,het resort ofja de ligging, prive, vintage kamer, douche/bad en wc buiten, fijn rustig ook fijn het zwembad en de groene planten, bomen, kortom heerlijke omgeving... Heel prettig. Fijn personeel, vriendelijk. En Dori was daar de man die ons ontbijt maakte samen met nog een vrouw en een man. Maar Dori,heel open eerlijk en spontaan, goed Engels sprekend. Too daar👍🏻👍🏻 Zou ik zo weer terug gaan en opnieuw boeken. Geen spijt van...

Breakfast location in the garden was superb. The food was average. Birchermuesli was just sweetened soaked oats. The croissants were stale. The noodles average. Coffee and tea was average and served (multiple times) lukewarm.
