This hotel was so different from the classic hotel concept — we truly felt at home here. Even before our arrival, Gianluca’s kind communication stood out. He explained in such a polite and thoughtful way that he would not be at the hotel when we arrived, and sent us very detailed instructions on how to check in by ourselves. Everything worked perfectly. The hotel itself is in a beautiful historic building, just like a typical Venetian home, and in a wonderful location. Breakfast — which Gianluca asked us about in advance — was delivered right to our door at the exact time we preferred. It was much better and more varied than in many hotels we’ve stayed at, and the croissants were simply amazing! We only stayed for two nights, but our hearts remained there. On the second day, we had a small issue and they did everything possible to solve it. At check-out, they explained everything with so much care that we left without a single question in our minds. Gianluca and his wife truly made us feel like family. Being able to leave our luggage safely until our trip to the airport was another big help. We never had any problem communicating — even if language could sometimes be a barrier, the heartfelt connection made everything so easy. We are truly grateful for every detail and every effort. Este hotel elegante y contemporáneo está enfrente de la estación de tren Porta Nuova de Turín. Alberga un restaurante y ofrece WiFi gratuita. Location is very good. Very near to train station and very easy to access the center city. Even I paid for Spa, it is wonderful. I like the spa and sauna very much. Breakfast also very fantastic. Thank you, all staff.

The staff were very kind and accommodating to our schedule, everything went smoothly and they gave us good recommendations for attractions and restaurants.
