Paola is amazing person who is our host and amazing chef of ancient restaurant. We stayed short time but you should stay more because Cortona can be small but you need 3-4 days to explore.

El Borgo I Tre Baroni está rodeado por el parque nacional del Bosque Casentino, entre Florencia y Arezzo, a 9 km de la localidad de Poppi. The evening we arrived at this beautiful place we were tired and stressed from a busy day . The minute we drove through the gates we knew we were in heaven . Next we met the wonderful Gessica who welcomed us so warmly we felt like she was family . The suite we booked was everything we wanted and needed from the glorious bath tub to the comfortable bed with lovely linen . Breakfast was absolutely delicious and once again we were served by Gessica who helped plan our day . All in all it was an excellent experience staying here and my only regret is we couldn’t have stayed longer to fully appreciate the wonderful hospitality and amenities available. 10/10 💥

Set halfway up the hill separating the Valdarno and Chianti Valleys, Villa Barberino dates back to the 14th-century. It offers landscaped gardens, luxury accommodation, and panoramic views. We stayed at Villa Barberino for three nights in July 2025 — two adults and three kids (ages 11, 14, and 17). We had three junior suites, each one unique, spacious, and full of charm. The entire place feels like it’s straight out of a Tuscan fairytale. From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of calm and serenity. The peaceful surroundings, the beautifully manicured gardens, the cypress trees, and the incredible views all around made it easy to slow down and truly relax. The pool area was stunning and quiet, perfect for lounging with a book or simply enjoying the silence and scenery. The property itself is rich in history and atmosphere, with details that make you feel like you’re part of something timeless. The restaurant was excellent, and with such a tranquil atmosphere, we found no reason to leave the property. The staff were warm and helpful without being intrusive — just the right balance. If you’re looking for a place to recharge, surrounded by beauty and calm, this is it. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already dreaming of coming back.

La Villa di Piazzano ocupa una villa histórica de estilo elegante situada a 6 km de Cortona. La atención, la calidad de todos los trabajadores del Hotel. La propiedad es INCREIBLE! Es un hotel de lujo por donde se lo vea, atención al detalle, calidad, experiencia. Realmente una experiencia increíble. Ampliamente recomendable, volveremos!

La Corte Di Ambra se encuentra en el centro histórico de Cortona. Se facilita WiFi gratuita en todas las instalaciones. Elegantly renovated facilities. Room and en suite bath were spacious and traditionally styled. Located right near food, shopping, groceries and sights. Wonderful homemade breakfast each morning, (Sarah’s mom’s Cornettos we’re our favorite of the entire trip!) Family went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and convenient.

La Corte del Re, situado en la Piazza Grande de Arezzo, es un edificio antiguo que aún conserva algunos de sus muros etruscos y medievales originales. I liked all, great location, good facilities and all very clean, I really enjoy the time there!! The girl in the reception is very kind and helpfull.

El Hotel San Luca se encuentra en el centro histórico de Cortona, a 15 minutos en coche del lago Trasimeno. Ofrece habitaciones de estilo clásico con aire acondicionado, TV vía satélite y minibar. Incredible view from this hotel patio and rooms facing that side of the Tuscan Hills, right next to old town, parking was possible on site with reservation and it cost 15 euros per night. Breakfast was good and it had amazing views from the restaurant.
