Offering a seasonal outdoor pool and a terrace with views on peaceful hills, Agriturismo Le Volpi is set in the Colli Euganei Regional Park, 5 km from Baone. They produce wine and olive oil and free WiFi access is available. I had a wonderful stay at Le Volpi, a large part of it because of the spectacular service by Chris (and his colleague Mattia). I am an aspiring nature photographer with a drone and had found this property while hiking. The next morning I had flown my drone to catch a magical sunrise overlooking the property, but strong gusts of wind caused my drone to lose connection and disappear. I went far out by foot searching for it high and low, but to no avail, and came back to the property for breakfast - completely defeated. Chris saw me and asked how I was doing, and I explained to him I had lost my drone. Without even thinking how this could be a fruitless pursuit he reassuringly said “Don’t worry, we’ll find it!” and promised me we would after breakfast and when he was done with his shift. Chris went out of his way to drive me around to find it, and thankfully with the coordinates I had of the drone we eventually did! I just wanted to mention that people like Chris in Le Volpi are what make your stay unforgettable, and deserve to be recognised for their excellent hospitality. I am eternally grateful for Chris’ warmth and kindness, he is such a gem!!!!
