The receptionists were kind and helpful, one of them suggested good places to eat and some activities. Breakfast was delicious and they had plenty of options!

The location is 10/10. Hotel welcomed us with a complimentary drink. The hotel itself is comftorable, smells really nice, the room itself was nice with a high ceiling. Breakfast was also perfect with lots to choose from and the staff was super friendly!

Termini Train Station is a 10-minute walk away. The location of the hotel was perfect. It's within walking distance from termini. Alternatively, it's close to the Castro Pretorio metro stop which connects you to several tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were as advertised. Bathroom amenity kit was extensive. Cleaning was done daily. Great buffet breakfast.
