All rooms offer a balcony with a view of the sea or castle. The apartment features cooking facilities. I was lucky this was one of the very few choices for a hotel that had left by the time I booked my trip - I might have missed this gem otherwise! I had already read the stellar reviews about the place but it surpassed my (already high) expectations. Of course the hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and small but well equipped with everything that's necessary for a comfortable stay. It also has views towards the inviting sea or towards the hill with the castle on top that looks like it was taken out of a too-good-to-be-true book about Tuscany. Still, what beats all of this is the care of Elena and Roberta who are there as if to welcome you into their home. They are kind, caring, helpful with the logistics, and always carry a smile! When we left, we felt we were leaving our friends who'd hopefully wait for us to return. If I find my way back to Castiglione, I will run to this place. Until then, I recommend it to those finding their way there in the meantime!

The property features mountain and inner courtyard views, and is 14 km from Golf Club Punta Ala. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. The apartment looks new and modern. With comfy bed and pillows. The staff was really helpful. We had a late self check in, they provided very detailed instructions. There is a nice restaurant downstairs with a great variety of wine and food.

Follonica's Hotel La Pineta features a bar with patio, and air-conditioned rooms and suites. The hotel is just 100 metres from the sea, separated only by a pine forest.

We were given a room with a beautiful sea view, the hotel is up on a cliff and the view is breathtaking. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming.
