Just 250 metres from Taormina cathedral, La Malandrina - Apartments & Suites is a 15-minute walk from the Greek Amphitheatre. It offers self-catering accommodation featuring free WiFi. Absolute 10/10 hotel! Staff was above and beyond friendly. We stayed in the 'Persige' apartment and I can refer to that. The entire apartment was very stylish, quality furniture, superb bathrooms, comfortable beds, attention to details like A/C-s built in the ceiling, electric window shades, etc. Location is very good, just 3 minutes walk from the gate to the historical center of the city. It was a very good apartment even for a long stay. Bonus: Valet parking is very convenient and we were very satisfied with the service.

We arrived late and stayed 2 nights but didn't have time for their museum & garden tour, unfortunately. A superb selection of wines left in fridge, most convenient and thoughtful. The pool was refreshing! Very private!

Our apartment was a perfect size and as an added bonus, it was on the first floor.

You must try St. George Restaurant by Heinz Beck, the only 2-Michelin-starred restaurant in Taormina! What an experience! Each dish was carefully created and the flavors were just wow! And the staff — the staff makes it all! Thank you to all the personnel for the care you offer to each guest, for the smiles, and for your professionalism. Diana, you have my heart!
