The breakfast is easily the best brekkie I have ever had. The women on reception was really nice and approachable.

Het door een familie beheerde Domus Antica Aosta ligt in Aosta. De kamers zijn voorzien van gratis WiFi en een gratis minibar. First of all, the host of Domus Antica is incredible- she was thorough in the check in, gave us great recommendations for dinner, drinks, and shopping, and was always present when we had questions. She provided free snacks and even (homemade?) pie each morning, which was more than enough to have for breakfast- yogurt, fruit, crackers, juice, etc. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable, equipped with a coffee machine, toiletries, a desk, and a sitting area. Please note the balcony is non-smoking and the mattress is quite firm, however it's a personal preference and neither me nor my friend had any problems with that. The location is easy to find and is right on the main street of the old town (which is still very quiet if you're worried about the noise), which was perfect for us- the ski lift was about a 10 minute walk, and everything else was either on the same street or right around the corner :) Lastly, the host let us store our luggage for the day after we've checked out and even kept our food in the fridge so it wouldn't go bad- 10/10 consideration. we will definitely be back!

Maison Bondaz & SPA privé ligt op 38 km van Skyway Monte Bianco en 47 km van Step Into the Void, en heeft gratis WiFi en een tuin. Het was een heel sfeervol en bijzonder onderkomen. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en mooi opgediend.

Hotel Meublé Gorret ligt in Breuil-Cervinia en biedt directe toegang tot de skipistes. Ongelofelijk fijne ontvangst en verblijf. De hoteleigenaar is uiterst behulpzaam en schroomt niet om informatie te geven over alles waar je vragen over hebt. Elke ochtend denkt hij mee over de weersomstandigheden en wat die dag verstandig is om te doen. Het ontbijt is absoluut niet ‘simpel’ zoals een andere receptie. Het is juist heerlijk. Elke ochtend zelf gebakken croissants, vers fruit met yoghurt/kwark en allerlei heerlijke cruseli’s. Allerlei broodjes en smeersels en elke dag zelfgebakken koekjes en cake. Er is daarnaast ook een heel fijne warme ruimte voor je skispullen

Dit hotel wordt beheerd door een familie en ligt in de heuvels met uitzicht op Aosta. Het biedt een panoramisch uitzicht, een buitenzwembad en een wellnesscentrum. Our stay at hotel Milleluci was wonderful. We loved the decor and atmosphere of the hotel. The location was perfect for our winter vacation plans. There were winter sports possibilities nearby, as well as amazing nature reserves not too far away. Our rooms were large and accommodating in all aspects. the service was good. At one point I had a slightly unorthodox request for a bit of olive oil for a salad I was having in my room. I was a little embarressed to request it, but the receptionist accommodated my gladly! The breakfast buffet was absolutely the best breakfast I have had at a hotel. There was a huge selection of almost anything you would want for breakfast and then some, including a good selection of gluten free options. But it was not just quantity. The quality of the cheeses and the other products was very high as well. An additional huge bonus at the hotel is their spa area, which is free of charge for the hotel guests (not the case in many other hotels...) Both the indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis are situated in such a way as to overlook the beautiful majestic mountain range. Just gorgeouse and very well maintained, and again, with a very lovely decor. I absolutely recommend Hotel Milleluci with no reserves! We will definitely be coming back
