Complimentary WiFi is available. The hotel is in a really scenic location. Right at the centre of Hakone. Easy to get around. Staff was super friendly. The food was exceptional, especially the dinner. You have also the possibility for a private onsen for half an hour. It ain’t cheap but given it’s amenities and the food i’d say it’s worth for a one time experience.

A TV and a refrigerator are also included in rooms. Bathrooms and toilets are shared. People are great, they explained to us everything upon check in. Rooms are spectacular with its own charm and the private onsens are fantastic.

All rooms are simply decorated and equipped with air conditioning and heating facilities. Bathrooms and toilets are shared with other guests. Towels can be rented at a fee. We had such a great time at this guesthouse! We chilled at the common room, enjoyed the free onsen, had a great local beer and some pizza (yes it's a little overpriced, but there's so few restaurants in Gora plus they close super early), slept like babies in a beautiful room with lots of light and a great vue. We were so close to the train station that it was really easy to explore the area with the Hakone free pass. And best of all, the staff was super super friendly!

Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property. Very nice and helpful staff. Beautiful big room, very stylish, the onsen bath was the best!! Beautiful mountains view. There is a Nespresso coffee machine with Nespresso capsules. Big rotating tv, rain shower, very comfortable yukata. Great selection for breakfast.

Rooms at Hotel Washington Sakuragicho are simply furnished and comfortable. They are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a refrigerator, while bathrooms come with a shower, bathtub and toiletries. I am a repeat patron of this hotel and this chain. I book through an internet site. It's sometimes hit or miss on how nice the room is, but generally very comfortable and a fantastic location. I will stay again in future

I loved the breakfast, different everyday and copious, with guidance about the nutrition value and the recipes, the tea bar and tea bar room where an extra enjoyment.The onsen is very nice .

Motomachi Chukagai Subway Station is a 5-minute walk away, while Yamashita Park and Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse are within a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Nihonodori Subway Station and a 10-minute walk from JR Kannai Train Station. The location was great, the staff was very courteous and helpful, the room was so clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, this hotel was our perfect choice.
