Guests can ask for concierge services at the front desk. Exceptional service the moment you step in to the hotel. I rented a car, and there was valet parking (24 h) provided. Parking was reasonable at 15000yen per day. Welcome drink was given, and guests could also get freebies like face masks, moisturizer, tea/ capsule coffee at the lounge to enjoy in the room. There's a coffee maker in the room. Great location too as it's only 10 min away from Naha airport via monorail with a sheltered walkway. There's also plenty of 24h convenience stores just across or below the building.

I like that they give you the option of having your room cleaned or not which saves a lot of energy and unnecessary laundry. Would definitely stay here again next time in Naha. And: One of the best Izakaya is just around the corner or our the back door.

I requested for a taxi at the last minute and they were able to provide one quickly.
