The air-conditioned rooms have tatami flooring and Japanese-style futon beds. Whole experience of staying at the luxurious suite with private onsen was amazing. It really felt like we had our own garden and river which was running nearby. That created a nice sense of calm opposing the big city noise that we were used to. We had the wagyu dinner course and it was delicious. They brought so much food, that two of us couldn't eat it all. Breakfast was also hearty.

Guests staying in the Club rooms have access to the exclusive Club Lounge. Everything was spectacular, the staff specifically the doormen and Mr. Lee, the staff at the lounge they made us what we want even if not available at the menu. Also i forgot my watch and they sent it back to my country which we really appreciated

Universal City Station is a 12-minute ride from JR Osaka Station via train, and a 20-minute ride from JR Shin-Osaka Station, where bullet train access is provided. The limousine bus service from Osaka International Airport to the property takes 45-minutes. From Kansai International Airport, the limousine bus will take 70-minutes. By car, it is around a 20-minute drive from Osaka via the Hanshin Express Way. Location was great for families going to Universal. Being on the City Walk was great, and having the aquarium and train station there was even better!

Community mall opposite the hotels have multiple selections of food but they don't open later than 11 pm. The bath inside the room is the best thing because you can switch the to mineral water or tap water. The room has a fire exit down below the window where you can escape outside and get out of the building from a secure balcony. The Fukushima JR is right next to the hotel (loop line). Love everything! Shared onsen opens from 10 am to 10 pm so I didnt get a chance to experience since I went out early and come back late. LOL!!! They don't allow people of ink to the shared onsen. 3 minimarts outside the hotels 7-11, Lawsons and other I can't recall.
