Budva Yacht Marina is within a 3-minute walk. We didn´t book the parking, but host has proposed several possibilities for parking. Everything was very good.

All units have either a terrace or balcony. Teona was super responsive and the room was clear and comfortable with a great veranda. The location is super, 10 min walk to the old town. I really enjoyed my stay with her
