Our recent stay at this charming hotel Aurel was greatly enhanced by the exceptional service from the front desk receptionist, whose warmth, professionalism, and proactive assistance stood out. He graciously arranged breakfast boxes for our early departure and even organized our airport transport, exceeding our expectations. The hotel itself was comfortable, well-located, and beautifully decorated. The staff's hospitality, particularly the receptionist's, made it feel like a home away from home. Ivana, on reception, was fabulous - she put our minds at ease about transport and was delightful.
The room was clean, modern, bright, had airconditioning and very comfortable. The bathroom was simply gorgeous. The front of the property has been landscaped with trees, bird boxes and feels wonderful as a space when having breakfast outside. Some really lovely spaces.

A friendly staff ready to help. Excellent location close to the main tourist attractions, but it’s not by any highway, so the place is quiet. The room was cleaned every day. Plenty of toiletries available. The nicely designed canteen. Breakfast exceeded my expectations.
