My husband stayed for a week in February and was ill at the beginning of his stay. George & Sarah, the owners, and Aaron, the manager, were very kind and helpful in picking up things he needed for his recovery, and also booking some onward travel for him. We really appreciate their kindness and consideration and highly recommend staying at this beautiful bed and breakfast.

Excellent location, excellent breakfast. Gabriel (manager) went out of his way to help us with care hire problems and finding a doctor. The building is beautiful, very old and interesting.

My stay at Merida Santiago Hotel Boutique was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with exceptional service and genuine warmth from the staff. The restaurant served up some of the most delicious food I've ever tasted, with each dish crafted to perfection. The ambiance added to the dining experience, making every meal a delightful treat. The hotel itself was a beautiful and comfortable oasis, with tastefully decorated rooms and inviting common areas. The refreshing pool was a welcome retreat after a day of exploring, and the easy parking made coming and going a breeze. One of the highlights of my stay was the proximity to the center, allowing me to easily access all of Merida's historical tourist attractions. Plus, having the owner onsite added an extra layer of hospitality, as they were always available to offer friendly advice and assistance.

Beside the Myan Museum, and in the modern part of town. A nice reprieve after being in the historic centre for a few days. Nice room and fabulous staff. Tasty breakfast with good range of restaurant meals if you didn't want to venture out. Off the tourist tour puck up route but providers sent a car for additional $100mxn.
