Conveniently located in Bukit Bintang, The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel is a retro-inspired accommodation surrounded by specialty bars and shopping centres. Location was great! In the middle of the city, very bustling! However, the actual hotel was a few steps away which made it a little getaway for calm. Breakfast was delicious, highly recommended! Room was spacious and shower was hot and strong

Exceptionel professionel and patient waiters. A wast selection of choices. The afternoon tea is something very special with piano play and singing, special decorated rooms an orchide room etc. Botanical garden is only 2 km away. We strongly recommend to install the GRAB app get around for no money very convinient and comfortable. The professional handling of my credit card concern by a woman at the reception (forgot her name) A very nice gym/fitness next to the pool, which is big enough for swimming

Located in Jalan Sultan Ismail, E&O Residence is just a 7-minute walk to the famous Bukit Bintang shopping area and Pavilion shopping mall. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every request I had during my stay was handled with a smile. The room was spacious, elegant, and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. I especially loved the attention to detail and the little touches that made the stay feel truly luxurious. The facilities are outstanding — the pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and the spa and gym are top quality. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering fresh and delicious options every morning. The location is perfect: close enough to the main attractions and restaurants, yet quiet enough to enjoy peace and relaxation. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, style, and impeccable service. I can’t wait to come back!
