The room was clean, and the staff was kind and efficient during check-in and check-out. The location was perfect—we took a bus from the airport and arrived at the hotel quickly. All the attractions were within walking distance of the hotel.

Whether you are looking for a light bite or a hearty meal, we have something for everyone. The breakfast was amazing and there was a wide variety of food. The room was spacious and the view magnificent. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tromso.

All rooms at Smarthotel Tromsø have Dux beds, a work desk and a private bathroom with shower. Every thing, the staff and everything is so pure there is guy who helped us beyond his limits…he worked in the army before. Oh my good what an guy hope to see you soon mate..khudos to him.

Location is great: Easy access to both the main street and the port, without the noise nuisance of either. Breakfast was great. The daily "Norwegian waffle" evenings were super cozy. The room was well equipped and functional. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I felt cold, and within minutes they had made arrangements for an extra heater and turned it on so the room was warm when I got back. They offer a number of excursions with "Enter Adventures" -- super easy to just pop down from your room to the ground floor, where the Northern Lights chaser tours start. Overall, great value for money - especially considering the NOK prices.

This 3-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and a tour desk. Private parking is available on site. I found the room to be perfect for a few days, with a lovely view of the mountain every morning. The bed was very comfortable, and I always had a good night's sleep. The staff at the front desk were always helpful and welcoming. And the free waffles were very tasty each night. The room was clean and modern, with adequate storage space for a solo traveller.
