We stayed 12/14 for four nights. The staff were lovely all of them. One lady in particular was kind even though extremely busy to make the waffle batter for her guests. She spoke Norwegian back to us when we attempted a few phrases and they were extremely kind, helpful, and provided advice on transportation, stores, shops, etc.
