Situated in a peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful New Zealand native trees and a variety of native birds, Hush offers modern bungalows most with private balconies. Hush Boutique Accomodation is located a bit outside of Coromandel Town. We had the Potter Studio which has a nice bedroom overlooking the garden. It was quiet and relaxing. Hugh is a really nice host and gives you good tips what to do around Coromandel.

A charming and very helpful couple. Ngairene met me on arrival and gave me a tour of the apartment. On two occasions, my hosts gave me a ride to the Cathedral Cove trailhead. There is no parking at the trailhead; drop-off only, and this saved me a long, steep hike before tackling the trail. I was allowed to use their laundry facilities, which was much appreciated. Anyone visiting the Hahei area could do no better than to stay at the Cathedral Cove Apartment. Kia Ora!

Argent Motor Lodge is 250 metres from Waikato Hospital and Braemar Hospital. It offers self-contained 4.5 star accommodation with satellite TV and an iPod docking station. Very comfortable room, good bed and quiet. This allowed us to have a great nights sleep that we really appreciated. The room was clean and appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The host provided info on nearby restaurants and those who deliver. There is on-site parking that is included in the stay.

Coromandel Seaview Motel is situated between the mountains and the sea of the Coromandel Peninsula. It is close to renowned saltwater fishing and a number of outdoor activities. Breakfast was simple but delightful. Hosta were so friendly, and treated me to a free upgrade and spa access. Just great people. Views were fab and a lovely coastal walk that included a bush ramble and Kauri tree nearby!
