Great location in Miraflores a few minutes for either the main Kennedy Parque and the famous Malecon boardwalk. Restaurant and bar options were excellent. Room was very spacious and clean. Host was easy to contact. Entering and exiting the apartment complex was from a door controlled by reception (no key to enter...but you need a key to the room). View from balcony includes the ocean. Kitchen is fairly modernized.

Easy transportation to Lima's old town and Miraflores. 3B Barranco has nice modern rooms, good and comfortable beds, and lovely breakfast, where you can choose from dishes that are prepared on demand. The fruit salad was the best in Peru! Very helpful staff and personal service. We had our luggage stored at the hotel for free for a week. We can definitely recommend the place and would love to come back.

The rooms are not cookie-cutter style, which I like. The breakfast was excellent, with very fresh fruit and wonderful avocado toast served.

The property offers guests free WiFi access. Perfect for before or after flight. 10 mins from Lima Airport, £12 in a taxi. Very nice staff and a good breakfast. Room was large and very clean. King size bed was very comfortable with quality linen. Remember this is a budget hotel not a five star. If you want five star then stay in Lima city 30 mins away and pay £250. For the price it was excellent and I would stay there again.

Kennedy and some of the main streets of the neighborhood, where you can find many delicious restaurants. If you're looking for a great place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel!
