Beautiful property in a great location! The staff were amazing! They were so friendly and helpful. We were having some drinks at the bar in the lounge and I heard the staff getting awful treatment from guests who showed up hours before check-in, hadn't paid for an early check-in, but were complaining that they couldn't get access to their rooms. There were two groups doing this at the same time. We left and went to get food elsewhere and came back to collect our luggage and they had stayed in the lobby the whole time, going up to the desk periodically and complaining to the staff. The staff kept their composure and were absolute professionals. They also made sure that other guests weren't affected. It's a little pricier than other hotels in the area but totally worth it for the beautiful décor and the amazing location!

I loved that breakfast was available and the omelettes were great. The staff was great and were able to speak both English and Spanish fluently.

Fortaleza Suites Old San Juan is located in the heart of Old San Juan close to some of the trendiest restaurants and shops in the area. The Pier 4 is only 8 minutes’ walk away. Luggage store, helpful staff, comfy bed, private bathroom, ceiling fan so the air kept moving with the air con off (I don’t like air con), excellent location

I have told all my friends and highly recommend this accommodation.

The best view. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended place for a quiet relaxing vacation. Pool and hot tub clean and well stocked with towels.

Holiday Inn Express Condado San Juan is located 5 minutes’ drive from San Juan City Centre and 6 km from Old San Juan Main Square. It features a swimming pool with a sun terrace and hot tub. Have a pool and cool rooms! Very nice arrangement in the tropical area!
